By installing and using Shoprofy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Description of Service

Shoprofy is a Shopify app that provides profit analytics, AI-powered SEO optimization, competitor price analysis, and related e-commerce intelligence tools. The service is provided "as is" and subject to change.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Shoprofy offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service
  • Billing is handled securely through Shopify's billing system
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin
  • Refunds are handled according to Shopify's app billing policies

4. Permitted Use

You may use Shoprofy only for your own Shopify store analytics. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service
  • Use the service to scrape or collect data about other merchants
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the application
  • Use the service in violation of Shopify's Terms of Service

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store data. We process it solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Shoprofy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analytics and profit calculations are estimates based on data you provide. We do not guarantee accuracy for financial, tax, or legal purposes. Always consult a qualified accountant for official financial reporting.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoprofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
